Shipping policy

Processing is the amount of time it takes for your order to be prepared/made before it gets shipped out. Processing is the duration of time taken to make an order and has zero correlation to shipping. Please keep in mind, every order is handmade, hand prepared, and hand packaged. 

We are currently processing orders within 1-3 business days,however,during sales/promotions,orders can take up to 7 business days to process, before shipping out. 

Processing Timeframe: 7 business days. Please allow us up to the full 7 business days to prepare your handcrafted order before it is shipped. All of our products are made in small batches to ensure freshness. Also, remember that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Handmade Products: All of our products are handmade. Therefore, an item can have a different, unique color pattern and/or shade than pictured.

Shipping is the length of time it takes your order to actually be delivered to you. Shipping occurs after your order has been processed/prepared and ready for delivery. Please remember that selecting express shipping does not accelerate the processing.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will then receive a tracking number via email. Please confirm your correct email address prior to submitting your order. If you have not, it will be difficult to contact you to provide updates on your order status.   Once your order is submitted,there can not be any changes made afterwards. 

USPS Priority is our shipping method of choice. It USUALLY takes  1-5 business days to ship. Please remember that there may be a delay due to the current pandemic with shipping speeds. 

All orders after 5PM will be processed the next business day. For example, if you order at 6pm on Friday evening, your order should be processed by end of business on Monday.
